There is a clear break clause in the contract. If your circumstances change, you can simply give notice and we’ll return the property in the same or better condition than when we took it on.
Who actually stays in the property?
Your property is used exclusively for short-stay, contractor and professional bookings – never long-term tenants, HMOs, or anything that could compromise the condition of the home.
We carefully vet every guest, monitor activity, maintain strict house rules, and handle check-ins, communication, and inspections to ensure your property is respected and protected.
Are there any fees or deductions I should know about?

You receive your fixed guaranteed rent in full, every month, on time, regardless of occupancy.
